IS IT SAFE TO ORDER ONLINE THROUGH YOUR WEBSITE?

It is absolutely safe and secure to order through our web site. We use PayPal, the gold standard in secure web payments, which uses SSL encryption to process credit card information.

 

Is my privacy protected online?

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Although we collect standard data about our customers online, we use this information to process your order, and we will not sell or trade your personal information.

 

DO YOU ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

Sorry, we currently do not ship to U.S. territories, Mexico or other overseas addresses. We can only ship to locations within the U.S. and Canada.

 

How do I purchase aN ITEM online?

To purchase any of our items, simply click on the "add to cart" button located next to the item to add it to your shopping cart. When you have finished making your selections, click on the "view cart" button located in the upper right corner. From here, you will guided through the rest of our checkout process and asked to enter your information to complete your purchase. After you successfully finish your order, you will receive an email confirmation. Please keep this information for your records and to assist you in case you have any problems with your order.

 

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or through a PayPal e-check. If you pay by e-check, we will not be able to deliver your purchase until our bank clears your check. This may take 7-10 working days.

 

DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX ON PURCHASES?

We are required by law to collect sales tax on all purchases made by Illinois residents.

 

How do you calculate shipping?

We are happy to offer free shipping on all purchases over $200.00 (*excluding ceramics). To simplify shipping and handling charges for purchases under $200.00, we calculate costs based on the dollar amount of your order (please note: these charges apply for each individual address):

How long does it take to get my purchase?

Your order will be shipped within 24 hours from the time we receive your transaction. For regular delivery, please allow 7 to 10 business days for in-stock items to arrive. Business hours are Monday through Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. We do not currently ship orders on weekends or holidays.

(Please note: we guarantee packages are put on board the shipping transit service; however, we are not able to take responsibility for the delivery of the shipment to you.)

 

Can I track my order?

When your order ships, we will send you an email with the UPS or USPS tracking information for your delivery. It may take up to 24 hours after your order is shipped for you to track it.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not satisfied with the items you receive, we will do our best to accommodate your return. Unopened and unused merchandise or merchandise that has been damaged in transit can be returned within 30 days of purchase for store credit. (Shipping costs are non-refundable.)

All returns require a return authorization number which can be obtained by contacting customer service. If you need to return an item, contact customer service at info@kellystachura.com with a detailed message including reasons for return and full contact information. We will then provide you with instructions on how to proceed with your return. The Customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance on returns, except when defective or mis-shipped products are sent. We recommend you insure the package and keep the shipping receipt on hand until credit is issued. Store credit will be issued upon return of the product in good condition.

We are not responsible for lost or misdirected returns, returns sent without a return authorization, or returns made after 30 days from the original date of purchase. Clearance, Sale, Special Offers cannot be returned for a refund. These sales are final. (Please note: given the delicate nature of paper, all flat paper purchase sales [wrapping paper, posters, and stickers] are final.)

 

ARE BULK DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE?

Bulk discounts are available for note cards, photographs, gift wrap, and posters. Please contact info@kellystachura.com for more information on pricing and placing your bulk order.

 

ARE ANY OF YOUR ITEMS AVAILABLE FOR RESALE?

In the event a Kelly Stachura Online Store item is listed at an incorrect price due to errors of any kind, Kelly Stachura Online Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product(s) listed at the incorrect price.
